We decided the time had come to sell our house and move on to our next great adventure. Janet made the process so easy for us, saved us so much time, and saved us money too! We were going to do the 'usual things' and paint all the walls and take everything back to basics Janet made the point that all that stuff was not necessary. She asked us what the first thing we did when we bought the house and we said paint the walls. She said yes, so why are we going to waste our time and money painting the walls when the new owners are going to move in a paint the walls. That is the kind of thing that makes working with a professional worth while! And those are the things that demonstrate why she has more than a couple of awards to her name and why she has earned every single one of them.Long story short, Janet made the process easy, very low stress for us as the sellers, and got us a great price for the house. Buying a house (Even trying to buy a house) in 2020 was brutal.... and if it weren’t for Janet, I probably would not have made my recent purchase and would have waited another year to try again. First and foremost, you do not feel as you are “just another client’, heck If I didn't know better, I'd think I was her only client. There was no such thing as "normal working hours". All phone calls, texts, emails were answered promptly, and friendly. I never once felt rushed or as if you were bothering her. In addition to her knowledge and wonderful personality Janet introduced me to a fantastic team of likewise professionals including the lender, title attorney and home Inspector who I could not have found a better group of people on my own and because of that I closed on my first home last week. If you are a home buying novice (like me) or seasoned pro - honestly do yourself a favor and work with Janet, it is literally impossible to regret it. Think of it like this .... My mom and I had been trying to sell the apartment we had for a long time with another real estate agent who is a family friend. Unfortunately, things occurred that led us to part ways in regards to the apartment. Thankfully we met Janet and she helped us sell the apartment much much sooner!! Finding a good real estate agent in South Florida is a daunting task. Finding an excellent real estate agent is near impossible. Many agents working down here are very inexperienced or working in real estate as a side job, but they lack the knowledge, character, and confidence of a true professional like Janet. There are so many little details and possible pitfalls in the purchasing of a home--it was great to have a person like Janet there by our side answer questions and explain things to us. Not only has she personally seen this market fluctuate from living and working in the industry here in South Florida for many years, she has also seen it from a lender's perspective.
