I was quite impressed by Janet Caso's inherent efficiency. She has excellent communication skills and she keeps telecommunications open as much as possible. Her knowledge of the real estate market and market conditions locally are superb. Janet offered some timely advice about how to make our house market presentable. We followed her advice as best as we could. She put us in touch with a real-estate lawyer who coached us through some unusual situations with our own financial arrangements. That service was indispensible. She engaged in face - to -face sessions with us, while observing precautions on pandemic protocols. Best of all, she performed well representing us to the prospective buyers, and things went expeditiously.

Buying a house (Even trying to buy a house) in 2020 was brutal.... and if it weren’t for Janet, I probably would not have made my recent purchase and would have waited another year to try again. First and foremost, you do not feel as you are “just another client’, heck If I didn't know better, I'd think I was her only client. There was no such thing as "normal working hours". All phone calls, texts, emails were answered promptly, and friendly. I never once felt rushed or as if you were bothering her. In addition to her knowledge and wonderful personality Janet introduced me to a fantastic team of likewise professionals including the lender, title attorney and home Inspector who I could not have found a better group of people on my own and because of that I closed on my first home last week.
